Hi, i have a license and I have been used flexmonster for 5 years.
Now, I have a problem when download files throw flexmonster.
it can be connected server, but after that it didn't have any reaction and logs.
So, I don't know how to fix it, but I hope you guys can resolve this promble.

If we understood you correctly, the data from the Data Server is loaded into the Flexmonster Pivot. It displays on the grid, but you cannot export it. Is that correct? If not, please provide us with more details on reproducing the issue.
Also, could you please check if there are any errors or messages in the browser developer console when you export the report?
