Hello all,
We have updated Flexmonster to version 2.9.7 for a customer.
Unfortunately, there are now problems with the Excel export. The customer uses Python for various evaluations. Exported Flexmonster data is used as data basis. The scripts use the Python library openpyxl.
Since the update to the current versions the Python scripts unfortunately do not work anymore and there is a CRC error message. Only when the exported file is opened and saved again, the scripts run smoothly.
Is there anything else we need to set in Flexmonster?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We suggest updating to the latest version of Flexmonster (v. 2.9.53). After the release of Flexmonster v. 2.9.7, we implemented several modifications for export to Excel. Perhaps, these updates could affect the export in a way that mentioned Python scrips would be running again.
Please let us know if updating to the latest version has resolved the issue.
