Hi team,
I'm stuck in a weird situation with the export to Excel functionality, when I'm trying to download a report to Excel using the export option from the toolbar the export works fine and the downloaded Excel opens without any issue. But when I try to export the same using flexmonster.exportTo('excel') option from Chrome console, the Excel file gets corrupted. This is happening to some of my reports and not all hence not able to debug the cause.
Would appreciate your support in identifying the issue.
The report object I'm trying to export -
'{"dataSource":{"type":"csv","filename":"142_1_16_report.csv","fieldSeparator":"|"},"slice":{"reportFilters":[{"uniqueName":"PRODUCT TYPE"},{"uniqueName":"CURRENCY"}],"rows":[{"uniqueName":"BRANCH"}],"columns":[{"uniqueName":"[Measures]"}],"measures":[{"uniqueName":"EOP OUTSTANDING LCY CHG","aggregation":"sum","format":"-mibkacgk7s800"},{"uniqueName":"TOTAL COST CHG","aggregation":"sum","format":"-10ene87kl2p500"}],"expands":{"expandAll":true}},"options":{"grid":{"title":"R04_Change In Amounts & Cost of JOD (Time Deposits & CDs)"},"chart":{"title":"R04_Change In Amounts & Cost of JOD (Time Deposits & CDs)"}},"formats":[{"name":"","thousandsSeparator":",","decimalPlaces":0},{"name":"-mibkacgk7s800","thousandsSeparator":","},{"name":"-10ene87kl2p500","thousandsSeparator":","}],"version":"2.8.8","creationDate":"2023-12-02T22:01:43.091Z"}'

Hello, Sumukh!
Hope you are doing well.
Our team is wondering if you had some time to update Flexmonster to the latest version. Could you please let us know if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing your feedback.

Hi Solomiia,
Thank you for your support!
Yes, we upgraded flexmonster to the latest version & the above-mentioned issue was resolved.
Still, we had trouble with Excel files getting damaged/corrupted. We discovered that it was because the sheet name we used had special characters and was too long (it should not be more than 31 characters). Just wanted to mention that.
Regards,
Sumukh
