Hi,
We're using Flexmonster.Blazor v2.9.68, and we're not seeing the TableSizes getting stored in our flatfile or pivotview.
Someone had a similar issue in 2021 with React:

Has this fix been updated in Blazor? If so, what version? We are losing our column widths when we retrieve and re-display the report.

We could not reproduce the described behavior of saving tableSizes within the report on our Blazor demo. Could you please try to reproduce the described behavior on our demo, and provide us with steps to reproduce the case on our side?

I am able to see the width values save into the json of your sample. I'll looking into why ours aren't making it into the db.
