Right now I'm applying folders in the mapping and it is working properly on Classic and Compact views, but when I change to the Flat View this folder structure is ignored and just display all the fields as a list, exist some way to maintain these folders?

Currently, folders are only supported in the pivot Fields List. However, your suggestion for improvement sounds reasonable. We have added your request to our customers' wishlist. Our team will notify you in case of any updates on the matter.
