Domain change

Hi, I'm Attila, and I'm from a reseller company called XXXX.

We have a Flexmonster customer (XXX Zrt.), and they have 2 Flexmonster licenses.

For some reason, the project where they used these licenses has changed domains from ******* to ***** (the "bm" part was removed), and now they can't activate the license keys.

Please explain to me step by step how it is possible to change the attached domain.
