We are curious if its possible to somehow edit the values of the modal that appears when we drill through so that to show images from base64 strings, links to files, form html elements from data, etc.:

Thank you for the question.
You are welcome to use the customizeCell API call to edit the cell content. Please check the following JSFiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/q1gtwj48/. If you double-click on the cell, you can see that the links are also shown in the drill-through pop-up. Feel free to use this approach for your use case.
