Hello
We have a client that has requested to be able to expand hierarchy's upwards instead of downwards. So that the hierarchy line/aggregations/totals are displayed under it's leaf's
I am unaware if Flexmonster is currently capable of this?
If not we would like to request this as possible feature.

Hello, Magnus!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Kindly note that for now, the expanding behavior in Flexmonster cannot be customized out of the box. If the client's main requirement is to display the subtotal row below the "leaf" rows, we recommend switching to the classic layout: https://www.flexmonster.com/demos/js/classic-view/.
As for the expanding behavior feature request, could you please provide more details on how you expect the upward expanding to work? This will help us better understand and address your request.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Solomiia
Hello Solomiia
I will have to hear the client if classic layout is satisfactory for them.
Regarding the request, this is what we have from the client.
"By default, hierarchies expand downward, meaning that aggregation or parent members appear above their corresponding leaf members when expanding levels. we would like to be able to reverse the hierarchy expansion direction, so that when a hierarchy is expanded, the aggregation members appear below their corresponding leaf members"

Hello, Magnus!
Thank you for the provided details about the desired feature.
Our team has added the feature request to change the subtotals position to our Customer's Wishlist and will notify you about any updates on the matter.
For now, we recommend switching to the Classic view to have the subtotals row positioned after the nested children rows.
Hope you will find our answer helpful.
Kind regards,
Solomiia
