Hi,
There is some disconnect between order of the columns in pivot-table and fields section in the flat form.
I just rearranged the columns in fields section, the change is reflecting in pivot table but, the order of fields section that I have done is getting lost.
please check the screenshot which I am able to recreate the issue from DEMO site.

We have reproduced the issue (http://take.ms/Yo9eH) and it will be fixed in the next minor release (ETA Aug 14).
