How to align to center & right the cells indicated in the attached file?

Hello Dmytro,
Thank you for your quick answer, it works fine, but now it's not possibile to sort on rows level. The sort symbol doesn't appear any more, please see the attached file.
Where can I find a map of different tags of the pivot? i.e. div.fm-header.fm-header-c , i.fm-icon.fm-sort-icon, ecc...
Your help and answers are very appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback.
Please check the updated sample: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/p72eozac/. All sort symbols seem to appear as expected. Speaking of a map of different tags of the pivot, we suggest using dev tools in the browser console to check that.
