Calculated Value: the previously calculated value isn't active after deleted current

Hello support team,
Please, explain to me this behavior is normal?

  1. I have a list of calculated values which is active (1.png)
  2. Then I unchecked formula #2 (2.png)
  3. Then deleted this formula #2 (3.png)
  4. Finally, I see that the previously calculated value formula #3 is unchecked(not active) (4.png)
