Can we stripout special chars in Flexmonster?

How to strip out special or unreadable chars in flexmonster? downloading it into excel is causing the issue. Can we replace those special or non-english chars?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It seems your data contains non-UTF-8 characters, and they are shown as unreadable symbols in Flexmonster.
For such cases, we kindly suggest one of the following:

Preprocessing the data before it is passed to Flexmonster by removing the unreadable characters.
Removing the unreadable characters via the customizeCell hook.
