Is it on your roadmap to allow the end user to select / change the color on a single chart?
We were successfully in changing the default colors to fit different color pattern. However, that default order for every chart doesn't always make sense.

I have to say that charts don't have the high priority in our roadmap because there are already many good visualization libraries on the market. We don't have an intention to compete and spend a lot of our development efforts to catch up with them.
We have detailed tutorials on how to integrate with Highcharts, Google Charts or FusionCharts with a lot of working demos. If any of them can resolve your problem we will help you to integrate with that library.
