Hi,
I wanted to know if we can connect to SSAS perspective rather than specifying the cube name. Right now I'm facing issues with connecting to SSAS hence unable to check.
Also, can I mention the SSAS server name instead of proxy URL for connection?

Hello, Raj,
Thanks for your interest in Flexmonster Pivot!
Perspectives are used to create a subset of a SSAS cube so it is possible to connect to them as well as to the cube.
As about connection to the SSAS server directly, it is not possible, you either have to use msmdpump or Accelerator.

I tried connecting using the 2 methods you mentioned but was not successful. I've posted it in my other question

Using accelerator also didn't help to connect to localhost. Please refer the above link for details.
