Hi there!
When a user attempts to deselect/select a field in a flat grid view, the field does not seem to disappear/re-appear as expected. Then, when a user goes to another column to filter and/or select/deselect, the previously deselected/selected field then disappears/reappears. My best guess is that there seems to be a missed call to refresh() when the user clicks 'Apply'.
See attached gif for details. Version is whichever version is being ran currently on the flexmonster site.

Also once a field has been removed and the user tries to filter on that removed field, things bork pretty bad. Nothing happens visually, and then the user cannot open the fields dialog at all. The only way to get out of that state is a hard refresh. This should go away if the fields are properly removed from the grid when they are deselected. Again, see gif for details.

We're with same problem here and I guess June 18th is too far.
Can you deploy a fix earlier? Or a temporary workaround?
