Hi,
Please see the screenshot that I have attached which contains the last column and row cells are not proper(column 18 after and Row 13 after). I have not specified width and height explicitly, it should take default height and width...Please let me know if you need any more clarification.

Actually, it is a normal behavior for the grid. You specify the width of the component and grid should fill it with columns. If there is no space for the entire column, it will be cropped. You can see the same behavior in Google Sheets and Excel.
