Hello,
We noticed that flexmonster doesn't translate measures group names. How can we translate the measure groups?
Regards.
Hello,
Thank you for your question. Our component shows the measure's group names the way they are configured in the data cube. Therefore please make sure that the necessary localization is added to your cube. Also, please note that after the localizations are set you can choose the suitable one by passing "localeIdentifier"
property. For instance, Microsoft Locale ID Value for French is 1036. Please have a look at the following example - http://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/hcckvwx0/ . As you can see, the measure's group names are in French.
Please let us know if it solves your case.
Regards,
Dmytro.
Hello,
We have the same issue. Flexmonster translated all dimension and measures values except measure groups.
And we noticed that your example - http://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/hcckvwx0/ has the same problem - all measure groups in English, but their values in French. Can you help us to translate measure groups?
Regards.
Hello, Valerii,
Thank you for writing to us.
We would like to mention that our component shows the measure’s group names the way they are configured in the data cube.
We kindly advise ensuring that the necessary localization for the measure's group names is added to your cube.
Please let us know if it worked.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Vera
Hi! Have the same problem. Is there any solution for now?
Hello Oleksii,
Thank you for contacting us.
Flexmonster is a tool for data visualization, and it is not intended to translate the passed data. Therefore, Flexmonster shows the data as configured in the cube or in the other data source. We recommend configuring the data localization directly on the cube. If you are using another data source, you can preprocess the data before passing it to Flexmonster.
Please let us know if other questions arise.
Kind regards,
Nadia
