Flexmonster License request

Hello,
 
I had purchased flexmonster earlier this year.
As in the email below, I received a license through IP when I purchased flexmonster last time.

My website was only accessible by ip, but I added the domain URL this time.
(*******************)
As my clients can also access the domain, so I need a flexmonster license for the domain.
 
Now, when accessing the site with a domain, a flexmonster license error appears.
Can I get a license for the added domain?
