For export function (e.g. xls, png, html, pdf, csv), can you define the file name in flexmonster's configuration, instead your default naming?

Yes, it is possible. Please check exportTo() API call (http://www.flexmonster.com/api/exportto/). If you are using Flexmonster Toolbar, you should modify flexmonster.toolbar.js file.
