How do I word wrap the header, as the header name is quite long and it just a number value

You can simply do this using CSS, please check the sample - https://jsfiddle.net/iansadovy/dk61vv8b/ (see CSS section).
Default column width is also configurable using ".fm-grid-column" CSS class.
