Also we are trying for an optimized filteration technique to filter the columns and rows based on the role of the user logged in.

As mentioned in the following support forum thread, you can connect Flexmonster to your Azure Analysis Services tabular model through Flexmonster Accelerator.
The way to connect to Azure Analysis Services via Flexmonster Accelerator is similar to Microsoft Analysis Services, so the following guide is applicable for both: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/getting-started-with-accelerator-ssas.
In "Step 3. Configure Flexmonster Accelerator on the server", you can check out the necessary configurations. "Step 5. Configure the component", shows how to configure Flexmonster to connect to your tabular model.
Regarding roles, you can specify the role when connecting Flexmonster to your cube. Please see the following tutorial for guidance: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/configuring-authentication-process/#roles.
