1. What version of Flexmonster is used in your case? Use the following keyboard shortcut to learn the component's version: ctrl+alt+i.
2. Please send us an applied report file. The report file can be retrieved using the "Save" button placed on the Toolbar.
3. Also, please provide us with a dataset specified in the report.
4. Specify if any specific steps need to be done to reproduce the exception (for example, filtering, sorting, formatting, etc.)

It would allow us to simulate the same scenario on our site.
