I have a pivot in flat view and it shows totals on the first row where as I want to have the total at the last row.

Thank you for your question. For now, there are no options which allow placing the totals at the last row.

Yes we have added custom drill down functionality when you right on the existing pivot, we have added extra button "drill down" which gets the detailed data from the server for the selected cell, and now we show this data in new pivot with flat view. But totals are coming on the top, where as it's actually should be at the bottom.

I am glad to inform you that the minor release 2.407 is available for download now. The grandTotalsPosition option for setting the grand totals on the bottom of the grid in flat view is available now. Please have a look at the following example - http://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/e41gfraq/ .
