I have two Calculated measures, for one measure i need to display values against the column but for the second one I just want the totals to be shown.Is there any way to achieve this.

Thank you for your question. Please find the screenshot example here. As we understood you want to remove the highlighted columns and keep only the total for the suggested measure field. For now, it is not possible to achieve such behavior due to the pivot's architecture.
