How can i insert toolbar tab properly when i resize layout-420 my added tabs will gone like THIS image

Thank you for quick reply
we have misunderstood each other i need add tab left group when resize small pivots some tabs gone as i mention before display image first pivot has minimum layout we need [fields] tab but minimum layout its called layout-420 must be set fields tab but it's gone how do i properly setup tabs like this IMAGE
we want know how to tabs setup

Thank you for your swift response.
You can modify the order in which the toolbar tabs disappear during shrinking with Toolbar customization.
Furthermore, since the Toolbar is an open-source Flexmonster extension, you are free to modify its source code (contained inside the flexmonster.toolbar.js file inside of the downloaded license package) in any way you need in order to achieve the required behavior.
