How to use multiple series and custom tables

Closed
James asked on October 21, 2019

Hello,
I'm evaluating buying flexmonster to integrate on a company web page. I have achieved everything I need it to do except 2 things:
1. can I add a second series and use a different graph style? For example I have a bar chart with a series of values and then I have a series (all data is 100) and I want to draw a line graph just for that series (end effect in excel is that you have a line drawn at height 100, that is useful for percentage bar charts).
2. can I customise the way tables look? I would like to hide the grid and a few other things.

Thanks,
James

Hello, James,

Thank you for writing to us.

Please see our answers below:
1. About adding another series to be displayed as a line to a chart:
Flexmonster provides a Column line chart type that supports such behavior.
We have prepared a JSFiddle example for illustration: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/myvfbqL1/.
In the provided example, we added the field Marker based on the original value and set its aggregation as % of Row to display the 100 line marker.

An important remark is that depending on the slice configurations, in some cases, the % of Column aggregation is used instead.

2. Regarding customizing the appearance:
We are glad to confirm that Flexmonster’s appearance can be customized. Here are a few of our guides to help you get started:
