As shown in picture ie11 shows no grid but in chrome grid can be seen or shows no message on no data found

Thank you for writing to us.
Our team has not managed to reproduce the issue using Internet Explorer (version 11.418.18362.0) and Flexmonster (version 2.7.17).
We tested by loading a sample report (please see the attached report.json file) on our demo: https://www.flexmonster.com/demos/js/pivot-table/
As a result, the error message pop-up is shown notifying that the data can't be found and afterwards an empty grid is displayed as expected.
Could you please let us know if with the provided report you get the same result on your end?
If so, could you please modify the report so that the issue is reproducible?
Also, please let us know the exact browser version you are using as well as your Flexmonster version.
This will greatly help us to solve the problem.
