I have tested with Fifty thousand (50,000) Records. It is taking around 1.50 mins to load the data. Is it possible improve this loading speed?

Well, about the loading we should say that 50,000 records will result in quite significant amount of Megabytes. The bigger the CSV is, the longer it takes to load.
Do you use CSV as data source? For CSV data source we have compression features that allow you to send compressed binary data which significantly decrease data size.
