Page scrolls down arbitrarily, please check it out on your side:
1. Open JSFiddle example or somewhere else;
2. Zoom in page up to 125%(in case of 1920x1080 screen resolution);
3. Make sure that the page scrolled up to the top
4. Right-click to any cell;
5. Move out mouse pointer outside of the menu;
Result: page scrolls down
