print pie chart

Hi,
I have a pie chart with lots of data which makes the label become very long. This seems to be causing problems when I export to pdf.

Would it be possible to show the label one below the other instead of side by side? Or do you have another solution for me?

Hello, Douglas,

Thank you for writing to us.

Please kindly note that there is no option to customize the legend labels list, it could be only horizontal.

We would like to suggest the following solutions:

1) Increase container size, so all the labels could fit in.
2) Filter data in order to split it and show multiple dashboards.
3) Use third-party charting libraries that extend Flexmonster’s functionality. Please have a look at our ready-to-use integrations.

Also, we noticed a black rectangle in the attached file. Could you please provide details about its appearance? Was it caused by Flexmonster?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Milena

My problem is exactly the black rectangle that I believe is caused by the flexmonster. When I view ther chart models with the same data I don't have this problem. Since the pie chart legend data is shown side by side it does not seem to fit on the page.
So I thought about the possibility that the subtitle data would be aligned below each other, I believe that would solve this problem.
PS:The 3 images present the same data

Hello, Douglas,

Thank you for the further information about the case.

Our team would like to mention that the appearance of the black rectangle is not caused by the legend labels location.

Still, we have not managed to reproduce the described behavior on our side.
Please have a look at the example we have prepared for you. Could you please modify it to reproduce the problem? Also, you are welcome to send your own sample.

In addition, we kindly recommend updating to the latest version of Flexmonster. Here is our tutorial for guidance: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/updating-to-the-latest-version/.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Milena
