Toolbar doesn't work (javascript is broken) when we use licenseFilePath to fetch licenseKey

Hi Team,
When we use licenseFilePath to fetch our licenseKey from a server script or a text file, the toolbar doesn't work properly and icons to the right (Format, Options, Fields, Fullscreen) are not visible. It seems that javascript is broken. But when we use hardcoded licenseKey, all things work properly. Screenshot is attached.

Thank you for reporting.
We have managed to reproduce the issue on our side and the fix will be ready in the next minor release 2.414 (ETA Feb 12).
