We need to handle a 12Mg input file

Hello support team, We have a limited versión of pivot table which only has the avility to handle a 5 mg input file, but now we need to upgrade our license to be avaible to handle more than a 12 mg input files. How we can to this ASAP.?
 
In addition we have a QA environment and we need a QA license, actually we have the dev (localhost) and production (kiwiplanetife.com) but we need another one for QA (http://pifeintranet.miro.beecloud.me/)
